WHAT WE WERE ASKED TO DO
Assist in developing a systems development methodology.
Assembled the methodology with the stakeholders largely in a workshop setting using our Joint Development Approach (JDA).
Produced a customized methodology appropriate for various team sizes, which was comprehensive enough to gather front-end project requirements and perform the appropriate analysis functions. As a result, future success from IT development projects led to an increase in the business confidence in the IT department. This led to significant increases in the IT budget and the salary of the IT staff during a time of cuts in other departments.
